Disappointed with the stay enjoy

Liked: Easy to find. New /newly renovated. Was clean.
Disliked: Kept awake all night with what sounded like the in room aircon was dripping. Also appeared to be left over sticky residue on tiles. The doors to the balcony were locked and couldn’t be opened.

Liked: My 1bdrm suite was lovely.
Disliked: My 2bdrm suite couch was filthy. Had kids size handprints on it. No complimentary water in any of the 3 x 2bdrm suites or the 1bdrm suite I booked. It was past 3pm, and only one 2 bdrm suite was ready. I had 7 adults getting ready in my 1bdrm suite. It was my brother's wedding. I asked the hotel staff to please do all possible to accommodate us early, as my son was in the bridal party. Our transport was supposed to be organized by your hotel staff. It wasn't! Your front desk staff were rude and didn't care about trying to solve any problems we had. The television in my parents suite didn't work. Our guests from interstate were appalled by your staff's lack of interest and professionalism. My 76 year old father was expected to stand in the foyer until his room was ready. I made all the arrangements, and it made me look bad. Your staff kept looking at each other confused when our keys wouldn't work, and our transport wasn't organized. I would be calling "guest services", and no one answered the phone. After going to the front desk, your 2 staff were standing around talking to each other.

Liked: Modern, spacious, great facilities, amazing helpful staff (even when it was busy at check in they offered water)
Disliked: Maybe needed one more staff at check in, maybe abit of renovations in needed (stayed at other Meriton and they more up to date)

Would stay here again

Liked: Great value for the room. We had a full kitchen, living area, and separate bedroom and only paid for the small hotel room.
Disliked: Parking was confusing. We spent a good 5 mins trying to figure out how to get to reception from the level 3 parking entrance, as we had requested the lift it wouldn't come because we didn't have a room card to scan so we stood and waited for someone to come to that level.
