Turned up there to be told we could park in a car park underground. Went up all levels and there was nothing available. Staff had no idea how many parks were taken or free. After a mix up with the room key and being stuck on the 4th level until someone else happened to come along and let us in the lift ( key wasn't activated properly so we couldn't get in our room or activate the lift). In this instance staff was very good at sorting it all out and were apologetic for the mix up. Even after all this, we had a lovely stay and will be returning next year.

Liked: Beautiful rooms; comfortable beds; lovely spa and amazing views.
Disliked: Not enough underground parking for customers.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Extremely dirty! I made the mistake of walking around without any shoes. My feet were literally black from the dirt. I did tell reception as I checked out - I received an email after advising they clean every 3 days, I mean, I just checked in! There’s no reason for it to be so dirty.

location, room and carparking were...

Liked: The location was central to where i needed to be for a conference as well as good food places. Car parking was easy and affordable.
Disliked: The room I stayed in had a disabled access bathroom and the shower curtain did not stop the water for going over the bathroom floor. It was a small thing though and would not stop me booking there again, just a different room.
