Meriton Suites Church Street Parramatta

Turned up there to be told we could park in a car park underground. Went up all levels and there was nothing available. Staff had no idea how many parks were taken or free. After a mix up with the room key and being stuck on the 4th level until someone else happened to come along and let us in the lift ( key wasn't activated properly so we couldn't get in our room or activate the lift). In this instance staff was very good at sorting it all out and were apologetic for the mix up. Even after all this, we had a lovely stay and will be returning next year.

Liked: Beautiful rooms; comfortable beds; lovely spa and amazing views.
Disliked: Not enough underground parking for customers.

Great location and a great...

Liked: Room was spacious and clean, the location was spot on being close to everything and was relatively easy to access given the building works in the area.
Disliked: The bed was really uncomfortable it was so hard I felt I may have been more comfortable lying on the floor. The availability of lifts was ridiculous. On the Saturday afternoon it seemed that only one lift was operating and people were queued up waiting to get a lift, one lady said she walked down from here 27th floor room as she was sick and tied of waiting. On Sunday morning it was better with two lifts working but I did notice that at least one of the lifts was locked out for use by the cleaners.

Disliked: Bed room bit small should have queen bed not king .Need power board as power points are behind bed head hard to get to .need better shower heads ones the come out and bit more not hand held

Liked: Homely feel, quiet space, functional facilities, google cast function easy to operate, perfectly placed for events we needed to make it to, close proximity to trains, food options and shopping venues
