Turned up there to be told we could park in a car park underground. Went up all levels and there was nothing available. Staff had no idea how many parks were taken or free. After a mix up with the room key and being stuck on the 4th level until someone else happened to come along and let us in the lift ( key wasn't activated properly so we couldn't get in our room or activate the lift). In this instance staff was very good at sorting it all out and were apologetic for the mix up. Even after all this, we had a lovely stay and will be returning next year.

Liked: Beautiful rooms; comfortable beds; lovely spa and amazing views.
Disliked: Not enough underground parking for customers.

Disliked: reception staff weren’t approachable, check in procedure was long, not enough staff on countersauna wasn’t working spa was dirty - oil on topvalue for money for rooms was poor trying to call reception, didnt answer $40 per night for car parking is too expensive when your paying $600 odd dollars per night and should have daily clean included

Liked: The location is great. Lots of choices of cafes and shops easy access to railway and light rail.
Disliked: The bathroom, when having a shower water leaks out onto the bathmat. The glass doesn’t seem to meet.

A comfortable and convenient stay...

Liked: What I love most about Meriton Church Street is its location — it’s right in the heart of everything. There are so many great restaurants nearby, and the reception staff are always warm, friendly, and helpful. It really makes the stay feel welcoming and convenient.
Disliked: I’ve stayed at Meriton Church Parramatta many times over the years, and while I appreciate the spacious apartments and great location, I’ve consistently noticed issues with the drainage system.Each time I stay, there seems to be a recurring problem with the bathroom basin and shower drains getting clogged. It’s become a pattern that affects the overall comfort of the stay.During my most recent visit, in addition to the same drainage issues, I also found that the dishwasher was not able to clean dishes properly, even after running it twice. I had to rewash everything by hand.If more attention could be given to the kitchen equipment and basic maintenance, especially for guests staying longer or with families like mine, the experience would be much more comfortable and enjoyable.
