Meriton Suites Church Street Parramatta

Turned up there to be told we could park in a car park underground. Went up all levels and there was nothing available. Staff had no idea how many parks were taken or free. After a mix up with the room key and being stuck on the 4th level until someone else happened to come along and let us in the lift ( key wasn't activated properly so we couldn't get in our room or activate the lift). In this instance staff was very good at sorting it all out and were apologetic for the mix up. Even after all this, we had a lovely stay and will be returning next year.

Liked: Beautiful rooms; comfortable beds; lovely spa and amazing views.
Disliked: Not enough underground parking for customers.

Shame the suite was so...

Disliked: The suite wasn’t clean. The whole suite needs a proper clean. Floors were that dirty our feet were black walking on them after showering. Windows were filthy. The counter tops in kitchen looked clean but we felt things in them and gave them a good scrub and found we were removing old food that was stuck to them. The countertops were a good camouflage colour so you didn’t notice it visually.
