Liked: As requested our rooms were very close. As we were travelling with family this was ideal. Location to our entertainment was perfect. Location to everything we needed was perfect. Rooms were lovely the beds very comfortable.
Disliked: The parking was quiet expensive.

Liked: Location was fantastic. I would stay again but ideally in a different room.The room shapes were a bit awkward and the bathroom was in an inconvenient design from the bedroom. When showering there was no bath mat provided and also water leaked on to the floor easily. Staff were catering when asking for towels but had to ask twice.The balcony door was malfunctioning. The in room phone was not easy to use and I was never successful getting through to reception so had to go down personally for someone to attend the balcony door.Another comment is that the elevators were slow. Not a big deal but noticeably longer. Concierge Staff were always friendly which added to the good experience.I also liked the Kevin Murphy products provided. Nice touch.
