Superb

Liked: Location was convenient from the station and to hay market. Starbucks located downstairs. Reception was very welcoming and even provided complimentary water bottles after we had returned from our morning run. Nice to have kitchenette and good sized fridge for someone who might be staying for longer.
Disliked: Toilet roll holder was not secure, water coming out under shower door left the bathroom floor wet.

Great Customer Service Staff and...

Liked: Customer Service was Outstanding in all respects. Very polite, nice and worked very Efficiently. Location is great - next to the tram, shops and food restaurants. We enjoyed our vacation in Australia - loved it ❤️!!! Great room - Full kitchen, washer and dryer!!! sauna, large pool and small gym. Best Australian Coffee in the room - Vittoria. Yes !!!10 - for Customer Service and Location
Disliked: We stayed one week and cleaned our room ourselves daily. Shampoos, conditioners etc were given generously by request. No breakfast. Not enough towels per room, we washed them daily. Some problems with the elevator. We had an incident with bloody stains on two pillow cases, front sheets and blanket upon our arrival. We arrived tired after the transpacific flight and saw this mess sleeping on them at night. Didn’t understand how it could be foreseen by the housekeeping ladies by making the room before our arrival. Mystery for the hotel staff and us, of course. The ladies who worked at the housekeeping were very young, chatted too much and didn’t do things right, if they could see it upon preparing the room.The customer service staff was very responsive, friendly and nice. The front desk manager sent us the bottle of wine and apology letter. They did their Best as Customer service, and it’s not their fault at all !!!! However, we stayed in the same room, anyway, till the end. Not acceptable for stated 5 star!!!Sure it never happens - it was our First time, a little disturbing, as we travel a lot monthly and have the highest level in Booking.
