Disliked: Only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 people with a 5 night stay.

Very good

Liked: The location was so close to Pac fair and Broadbeach shops and the beach. Right opposite the Casino and walking distance to all you need. It was a busy weekend and our room was not ready for the check in time.They did their best to compensate us for his with a bottle of wine and chocolates, which was a nice touch.There was no hot water in the room either, no water was coming out at all but the maintenance guy was there immediately and it was fixed in 10 mins.

Great little stay!!

Liked: Room was very modern & clean. Beds very comfy. Bath was so deep. Huge TV's. Location was awesome - walking distance to everything. Staff at front desk were all lovely!! No issues with lifts. We had a great stay THANK YOU :)
Disliked: Only thing we could fault (& its a small thing) is the balcony could have been cleaner, had to clean the inside glass of balustrade myself as it ruined our view (looked like over-spray from cleaning the table) & there was dirt build up on the floor in the corners - but the room itself was exceptionally clean

Disliked: Sitting room in 705A is not well furnished. Bedside table has faulty wiring. Dining room chair leg about to break. Prefer to have normal TV with local programming.

Liked: Nice room, comfortable place to stay
Disliked: They confused our booking, so we had to wait an hour before actually being able to be checked in. I paid for a room upgrade, and that wasn't provided. No compensation either

Disliked: Sofa in living room was not the cleanest and was in dire need of changing, cleanliness of room overall was very average

Liked: Great location, modern rooms, coffee machine in the room
Disliked: Our back door didn’t lock, coffee machine didn’t work, thought the drawers in the bathroom seemed a bit grubby (hair inside them), check in seems late at 3pm
