Great experience, great location!

Liked: Location, friendly staff and little extras!
Disliked: very large high pillows - could be good to have options for those who prefer a smaller pillow. unknown around whether you'd get a park in the building or not... Would be good to be able to prebook parking.

Great rooms and views -...

Liked: Room was good; spacious and clean. The property has 74 floors and I was on 71 - great views!
Disliked: No restaurants nearby. Had to walk about 15 mins to find restaurants. Unfortunately I couldn't get my air-con to work; 2 phone calls to front desk for help, but no assistance from staff. Eventually had to go down to lobby and sit there until they went up and got it working. An information sheet in room would have been help; instructions on aircon, and list closest restaurants (restaurant and cafe guide).

Well worth the money, we...

Liked: We found the location really good with regards to access to the local eating area, near the river, close to cafes and restaurants. Our room was very clean, bed was comfortable.
Disliked: They were doing repairs to the ceiling in the foyer area and it was a bit distracting. Otherwise, we really liked it.
