An awful experience

Liked: Property was clean
Disliked: First room had a double bed and a camp bed. Specifically requested twin room, even emailed hotel for reassurance that the room would have twin beds. After arguing that neither myself or my mum would be happy to sleep on the camp bed they moved us to another room which was boiling hot with no air con. When I questioned why the room was so hot, reception staff said they would sort out air con. Returned 6 hours later to an even hotter room, air con not working, 31 degrees outside and inside our room. Complained to reception to be told it was their job to fix it but they would try. They were so rude, no sincere apology, waited 45 minutes for them to be unable to fix it and then be moved rooms AGAIN! Breakfast is VERY basic. Hot choices are cold! Avoid this ‘hotel’!!

Pleasant

Liked: Very modern and offers amazing breakfast, great location too with easy access to nearby attractions.
Disliked: We chose this hotel over many others due to the added luxury of aircon, which was not working in our room when we arrived. This was quite disappointing and meant we had what was probably one of the worst sleeps due to the immense heat building up in the room on an incredibly hot day.

Rude staff, broken air conditioning,...

Liked: Nothing, there was nothing good about this hotel
Disliked: Absolutely terrible experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were rude and dismissive. We had booked a superior room while our friends booked a standard one — shockingly, their room was larger, and better overall. On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t work in either room, and both rooms were far from clean, clearly not properly maintained. When I brought up the clear difference between the rooms at checkout, the staff couldn’t give a proper explanation. All they could say was, “It’s a superior room.” That’s it. Then when I mentioned the broken aircon, they shoved a card in my hand and told me to email management. Not even an apology. No accountability, no effort to help, nothing. Just pure rudeness and indifference.I will never stay at this hotel again, and I strongly suggest others avoid it too. Absolutely disgraceful service.
