The Hotel or Booking.com

Liked: Absolutely Nothing.
Disliked: Booking lied to me and made me pay for a non refundable room. Just to get to hotel and see the note posted on window and told by staff they do not honor or accept online reservations. I asked how do I get money back since I already paid. They said it's not their issue it's booking.com. They have your money and must deal with them. Attempted several times to contact booking.com that Night and next day. No response. No money. No assistance. This entire experience was disappointing to say the lease. I don't believe I will even use booking.com again. Definitely not the hotel. I felt bamboozled out of my money left with no where to stay that night.
