Liked: The rooms themselves were great! Nice and clean!
Disliked: It was hard to settle in and rest well with a loud neighbor. The room had a connecting door and i heard someone talking very loudly the whole night.

Liked: We were close to the back door with our pet
Disliked: The staff were very rude and unprofessional. There were evacuees that were staying there as well and the way I saw them treated was very unfair to them. The back door did not lock so anyone could access the property at anytime. It was also very loud, bot noise wise but creaking.

Liked: The most place was very clean, the rooms were big and spacious and the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: My only problem was that there was no shower curtain and we had to ask a few times before we actually got it.

Disliked: Water pressure ; service for breakfast - very skimpy for hot food; not friendly; out of coffee - probably would help with someone was actually watching everything then wouldn’t run out of bacon and eggs and waffles and coffee …Water pressure in shower was minimal

Liked: It was clean, the bed was comfortable and it had a bathroom.
Disliked: The front staff was friendly but told us nothing. The floor in the room wasn’t level right where the tv was causing the drawers in the tv stand to keep sliding open. Plus the floor creaked. The breakfast seemed terrible. We left and wouldn’t eat it. The decor was atrocious. Lots of open spaces that seemed out of the ordinary.
