Liked: Bed was comfy.
Disliked: The shower could have been cleaner but other than that it was a good stay

Female staff rude

Liked: The room was perfect for a family of 5 so we could all be together. It was also very big and clean. Complimentary breakfast included more than just muffins which was great.
Disliked: The female staff were rude, the build structure was poorly made (floor creaky and uneven), very minimal provided in kitchenet for supplies, heaters were very loud and price was high for what we got.

Liked: It was quiet . Comfortable beds
Disliked: Was told upon arrival that the internet was down but would be compensated. Great! But wasn’t compensated Was also told $100 damage deposit. Have never been charged that before. If I would have none that I won’t have booked there. Next booking I’m asking if the hotel charges damage deposit
