Decent stay

Liked: Steve was very friendly and welcoming.The proximity of this location to things I wanted to do was nice. I was able to drive to most places in just a few minutes. One of the days of my stay, I chose to walk to the attractions, and it only took about 30 minutes to get all the way down to the Bridge of Lions.As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable.
Disliked: The road noise was extremely loud. I use a white noise machine when I sleep, and it still couldn't drown out the noise from the road/train tracks outside. There were also tiny ants in the bathroom.

Well kept cute older motel....

Liked: The room was spacious clean mostly upgraded with nice kitchenette, comfy bed. Great value for the money.
Disliked: The pool was very small and warm. The location was definately not walking distance to historic part of town. It’s a busy road. But It’s still very close by car.

Liked: Breakfast????? Location not very near of the area I had to be working.
Disliked: No closet to put luggage away.No light by the microoven and fridge.

Disliked: towels are old, A/c is old ,its on its way to be better i think, but for me not so good

Disliked: The furniture was not sturdy like the chairs and bench. I'm a bigger guy and the chair nearly collapsed under me.

Cute older property, if you...

Liked: Very cute room with kitchen faculties. Great price for our one night stay, we would book again!
Disliked: Definitely showing it’s age. Water stained ceiling and paint peeling in the kitchen area. AC works well but it is loud.
