We thought our stay at...

Liked: Everything was extremely clean. Booking in was easy, as was checking out. I loved the white sheets and having a side light to read in bed. Also, we could dim the main, overhead lights. There was a modern eco flush for the toilet which was a new and interesting thing. You could wash your hands as the cistern refilled. It was an excellent invention and I hadn't used one before. I give this hotel 5 stars out of 5! Terrific value for money and pleasant service. We ordered breakfast and it was nice and hot, on time and my eggs were perfect. Thank you for our delightful welcome to Newcastle.
Disliked: There was a microwave but no plates or cutlery. Good for a reheat of pizza.
