Would have liked to be...

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The amenities available for us to use in the common area were very clean and nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable enough. Close proximity to town.
Disliked: The unit we had was old and dated. We were unable to cook 2 things on the twin plate cooker without the electricity tripping out. The double bed was hard up against the wall in a very small room making it difficult for one of us to get up during the night. This meant that I slept in the bottom bunk bed instead. The couch was so badly stained, I refused to sit on it. It needs to have a cover on it.

Liked: Absolutely loved our stay, very pleasant and easy going staff. No hassles & worth every dollar spent. We already plan to head back for another holiday

Cabin needs a bit of...

Disliked: Main bed was uncomfortable, old mattress. Toilet not bolted securely to floor. Grass and clippings in cart composting outside bathroom window.

Liked: We stayed for the fishing comp and I never booked a boat park but it wasn’t a problem, the lady on the desk sussed us out a park close to the cabin and put us right next to the boat washing station and the filleting bench which was super handy . The park is nice and close to town , only a 5-10 minute walk to the wharf and waterfront which we liked. Cabin had everything we needed to cook and store our food. We did get an upgrade to a cabin with a bathroom which I would recommend.
Disliked: Everything was good .
