Liked: Perfect for what we needed
Disliked: I left my phone charger and still had no phone call or message regarding the return despite even calling in at the hotel to explain.I was told it was with a different department and they had gone home (housekeeping)

Staff lovely

Disliked: Bedrooms in need of plumbing work. Had to change rooms due to disgusting smell from bathroom. New room the taps leaked and hard to turn off

Liked: Receptionist Laura was amazing ,Arrived greeted with a friendly face and she couldn’t have been more helpful.She was so nice.We stayed in the suite and it was fantastic.We would definitely be coming to stay again,Amazing Stay
Disliked: Nothing the staff were friendly ,Helpful and the location was perfect for travelling into York a short walk to the park and ride made it so easy for us.
