Good accomodation with excelent location.

Liked: Good accomodation with excelent location. Room I've chosen had a view of the Church, beautiful Chełmonski's paint reproduction and was quite spacious.Overall I'm quite satisfied of my stay, but surely there are some fields for improvement - i.e. hair dryer could be replaced (looked and worked like a very old model, not effective, very loud) it could be more than one trash can - to make It easier to sort waste.

Liked: The hotel is located very close to the city center and there is a shopping mall next to it. Moreover, there is a good transport net in front of the hotel. Water dispensers are placed on every floor what reflects the sustainability of this place. You have a great view from the room an there's a terrace on the fifth floor where you can enjoy your drink in the evening. We also liked the children's playroom, however there were not toys like cars for boys.
Disliked: I have really mixed feelings about this hotel because it felt so impersonal there. We arrived in the afternoon and there was a problem with parking on the floor B. As a result, we had to cross almost the whole floor with luggage and a small child what was super inconvenient. Furthermore, it was not easy to find the entrance because there were not any signs at the back part of the parking slot. We were quite disappointed with breakfast because the reviews were very positive as far as this point is taken into consideration. Well, there was enough to eat, but it was definitely not a four star hotel level. To put it in other words, there was a lot of ham and as a non-pork eater it was quite problematic to find chicken or turkey options of the meat. It was really a pity. I also did not understand why the guests should ask for additional hygienic articles because they should be refilled directly by housekeeping during the daily cleaning.
