Liked: The hotel is located very close to the city center and there is a shopping mall next to it. Moreover, there is a good transport net in front of the hotel. Water dispensers are placed on every floor what reflects the sustainability of this place. You have a great view from the room an there's a terrace on the fifth floor where you can enjoy your drink in the evening. We also liked the children's playroom, however there were not toys like cars for boys.
Disliked: I have really mixed feelings about this hotel because it felt so impersonal there. We arrived in the afternoon and there was a problem with parking on the floor B. As a result, we had to cross almost the whole floor with luggage and a small child what was super inconvenient. Furthermore, it was not easy to find the entrance because there were not any signs at the back part of the parking slot. We were quite disappointed with breakfast because the reviews were very positive as far as this point is taken into consideration. Well, there was enough to eat, but it was definitely not a four star hotel level. To put it in other words, there was a lot of ham and as a non-pork eater it was quite problematic to find chicken or turkey options of the meat. It was really a pity. I also did not understand why the guests should ask for additional hygienic articles because they should be refilled directly by housekeeping during the daily cleaning.

Liked: Location, location and location. Everything important is within walking distance. Nice hotel, great breakfast that we really enjoyed.
Disliked: Bit weird communicating with the hotel, so we asked before arriving for early check-in because we came with early flight. They answered to come to hotel and ask in person is it possible and guess what, we had to wait till 15h to get to room.

Almost a perfect stay
Liked: The bed are crazy comfortable, never fell asleep so fast. The rooms are very big, there is a lot of space and it's so clean. It's modern also and doesn't feel old at all. Breakfast has a lot of variety and is ok not bad not good. Bonus point for Elizabeth (I hope I didn't misspelled), she was very kind, professional and adapted herself to my profile. She gave me very good recommendations. The location is very good there are trams all around and a lot of attractions.
Disliked: This is very particular because I am very young, travel alone and dress like a tourist but the staff judged me. They didn't feel very nice with me but they answered all my answers but no smile no enthusiasm just like I was disrupting them.
