Liked: The location is perfect, as you walk out the door there are restaurants and shops around. It's also close to St Stephen's Cathedral and Vienna State Opera.The room is very clean, bed is also comfortable. Overall I love staying here and definitely will come back and stay here again.

Disliked: They have tried to move me to a second hotel that they have without offering a reason. And trying to keep all the money as both hotels were at same star level!!! Outrageous!

Liked: The hotel is in the heart of Vienna very easy to get anywhere.The staff were very friendly and helpful.Great breakfast with lots to choose from.Loved the 12 o’clock checkout The hotel is clean and room looks lovely.
Disliked: There really should be a decent door to the bathroom, don’t need to hear everything coming from in there even if it is my family.Please get some new pillows. These ones are hardly to be considered that.

Liked: Central location, really close to all amenities and close to station too.
Disliked: Limited in room facilities, no face towels, bathroom was nice but very small. Level 1 room was noisy, either from the road or from outside.
