Liked: The buffet breakfast was excellent and gave me the opportunity to try some things that I would not usually have for breakfast. The room was very clean, quiet and not too cramped. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful and I appreciated being able to leave my bag at the front desk for a period before check-in and again after checkout.
Disliked: One tiny point, a bit picky. When I arrived I was wearing a coat, dressed for the cold outside. I found it so hot at the front desk reception area!

This is my second stay,...

Liked: Location, clean, staff friendly & helpful, good coffee/tea caddy, breakfast was excellent, security decent, good pillows, decor is restful, controllable a/c, greeting on TV!
Disliked: vacuum cleaner & bags left in hall by cleaner, no shower cap, bed a bit soft, a/c & plumbing a bit noisy, could hear people in next room talking and using hair dryer, staff need training with eftpos(very slow)
