Disliked: You need to invest in better pillows, the pillows you provide are terrible.We had no bath mat so had nowhere to step out of the shower so had to ask for one.We were only provided one toilet roll for the whole stay.If you aren’t going to do a full clean each day maybe you could replenish the essentials so we aren’t rinsing coffee mugs and reusing them daily plus the rubbish is overflowing.

Disliked: Dark & depressing decor Mould in showerCould hear the lifts going at all hours so very little sleepShuddering of pipes, air vent in bathroom not in properly and no electric fan for bathroom. Man hole above shower mould and not covering properly Bed was a little in door way , so when you the door you hit the bedHave stayed here many time over many years ( even when they were doing bathroom renovations) but this was so disappointing. It once had a warm friendly vibe now just sad. I know it’s budget accommodation but this is just sad .I was room 450.
