Amazing location. Poor cleaning services.

Liked: Incredible central location. Right in the middle of every major shopping centre and all the best restaurants in Melbournes CBD.
Disliked: Lack of cleaning. It is stated on a note on display at reception that cleaning is done every 3 days, however I was not informed by staff when checking in. Even then, when my room was cleaned, 3 days after it wasn’t cleaned. I had to call reception to advise my room hasn’t been cleaned in 3 days.

Disliked: While I understand that everyone wants to do things sustainably, the rooms were only serviced every 3 days. Since we stayed for 5 nights, it meant we only got the room and sheets serviced/cleaned once.

Disliked: Very congested at check in time due to school group taking up the whole lobby. VERY A small check in desk. Hot water way too HOT! Burnt myself twice!
