Disliked: The reception staff seemed very unorganized, wasn't very forthcoming with information - there was no guide in the hotel room and phone in the room didn't work which would have been fine except that we were in a different building to the main part of the hotel which was a 5 minute walk away - was told by reception that there was a lot of availability for the restaurant and then restaurant staff told us there was only 1 booking left at 9pm.......door locking systems constantly beeping and doors banging all night.

Disliked: The bed was really uncomfortable it was very hard. Had to move rooms due to noise, it’s not a good idea to allow dogs in all the rooms, why not allow dogs in certain rooms only and have part of the hotel that is dog free. Unfriendly reception staff but probably they were inundated with complaints

Overall unsatisfactory.

Disliked: Difficult to find the room with little assistance.(Given a map to find the location) Poor cleanliness in the room ( bread crumbs on the sofa and pizza box in the refrigerator) TV was not working and there no support.

Disliked: Had to pay an additional £24 to use the pool and changing room was disgusting. Mud all over the floor, Floor tiles broken and lifted, discarded swim nappies. Kid on reception at spa too busy playing on his phone to direct us to the changing rooms. Pool area desperately requires a refurb
