Disappointed

Liked: Great location, the mall right across the street, really close to most of places of interest. 2-bedroom family rooms is a great solution for the families with kids. Good breakfasts, waffle maker is an awesome idea.
Disliked: The room was soooo old. The sink in the bathroom was brown not because of dirt but because of its age, in the shower the water was barely going, carpet is old and dirty with lots of spots, furniture was so ugly that we preferred not to open it mostly. I was really upset with this room cos on the picture they show the same room but after renovation and with good furniture. I won't come back to this hotel because for this price there are better options.

Fantastic hotel in the heart...

Liked: Excellent food/breakfast the kids got welcome plush toys really well stocked room (shower gel and shampoo separate, toothbrushes, slippers, juice in mini bar etc)
Disliked: Nothing everything was great. We didn’t get the room we booked but got an upgrade instead so we were happy.

It's not worth the price...

Liked: Breakfast was super crowdedMissing BaconThe price I paid for breakfast is very expensive for what the hotel offers.
Disliked: The bathroom is still old with that bathtub, shower that fits into the metal support.There was no conditioner in the bathroom and there was no body cream after a shower.It's not worth the price charged, I regret changing hotels. I was at the Holiday Inn and the price was almost the same.I ended up swapping the right one for the dubious one.Mercure never again in my life, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at Mercure, be it in any city in the world.
