Not the first time here,...

Liked: Location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: There seems no way you can get a bite if you arrive after midnight, but it can be resolved by ordering delivery.

Great stay, will stay again.

Liked: Easy to book and check in. Facilities are very nice and close to the town centre.

Liked: Good location, spacious room , spa , very nice hotel
Disliked: The room was located in the end of hallway. There was some water or heat central near our room which caused a lot of noises during the night I could not sleep , I have earplugs I still hear the noises . I was so tired in the morning but we leave very early and not having time to complain

Good but quantity before quality

Liked: I'd like the lobby, very nice sitting next to the trees. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Very nice stuff and great offer of leaving the luggage in the secured room in the lobby, for free. Breakfast was good!
Disliked: The breakfast was good but for a four star hotel the cutlery and tables were not luxurious enough. It was suitable for the high amount of guest, I do understand that. But for a four stars hotel, quality should always come before quantity. It had more the atmosphere of a canteen. The carpet and ceiling in the rooms might need changes in the next years, the are obviously older and shortcomings of the material are visible. As I said for 4star hotel, it should might catch up a little.
