Liked: Very convenient location. Minutes away from the metro, tram, and bus station. Hotel is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. Overall, exceeded our expectation. Well done!

Not a good value for...

Liked: Location. House keeping .
Disliked: There is no air condition in the hotel. Literally the vents did not circulate any air at all. Rooms are hot , outside temp was 26 degrees but the hotel room was hotter than that. When approached they said “ they are in transition from cold to warm weather“ . Absolutely a made up word. All the previous reviews pointed out this problem. Apparently they don’t bother.Also most confused reception staff I have ever seen .
