We had a 2 night stay - my husband booked the Friday night and I the Saturday night. The receptionist said it would be OK to keep the same room for both nights - however, when returning to our room on Saturday afternoon the key wouldn't work, so we had to get it sorted out with reception. Seems there is no communication between staff. Apart from that, a very enjoyable stay.

Liked: Comfortable bed!
Disliked: Breakfast - no one to greet you and explain how the system worked.

Pleasant

Liked: Comfortable room. Somewhere for us to sit and eat and drink with the dogs. Little extras in the room. Dog bed, dog bowl and treats were appreciated.
Disliked: Being woke up at 10.30pm whilst the management were trying to break into a room two doors down, with a hammer and chisel, which lasted 40 minutes!

Ideal for short business trips.

Liked: Rooms were spacious and comfortable for short stays and ideally located for our visit.
Disliked: Staff at bar area were hard to locate.

Liked: Breakfast was nice. Unfortunately they had christmas parties both of the nights I stayed so I could not enjoy the food in the restaurant for the night which it was a bit of a shame as I did not know that. The pub area was okay. The lounge area was nice but we could not sit as the music was loud for the music. I was suprised it was a dog friendly hotel I did not know that. It was nice to have a taxi phone line in reception.
Disliked: The area to eat was not very small. The hotel door needs a change. When I asked one of the ladies in reception from sales about if I could have dinner since it was a xmas party she was not really nice to me so I had to speak to the other lady. Unfortunately the hotel is a bit far if you want to use public transport from Tunbridge wells town. Actually is not that bad but the buses come every one hour and the uber does not work there. The taxis cost roughly 10-11£ to get you there.

Disliked: Noisy party night. To be fair, it's that tie of the year. However, the floor above us not so - a person could be heard stomping around their room. Floors must be thin.

Liked: Absolutely spotless, smelt great and the room was super clean! Staff were exceptional and very funny and stopped at nothing to make sure our stay was great! I am definitely booking this hotel next time I’m down south and will recommend to everyone!
Disliked: The property is suspiciously not bad at anything so if greatness is a dislike? lol
