Good value for the money...

Liked: Good value for the money and very close to the city centre. Also the price for the parking was fair. Very good breakfast. Hotel also helped us resolved the problem with booking dates for which we were very grateful. In general still a very good hotel but it needs refurbishment like in some other Mercure or Novotel hotels I've been to many times. Despite issue with AC, we can still recommend it.
Disliked: Air conditioning didn't work (apparently due to pre-high-season maintenance). This is ok but we should have been informed at the beginning of our stay so we could air the room a bit as it was very hot. Opening windows at night was not an option as hotel is located next to a busy roundabout.

Disliked: Old room and old facilities. Door key even had issues to open and broke down.

Liked: + Good location near to the centrum (old town).+ Breakfast tasty, large selection- Additional costs for parking 39zl/fax- the furniture is almost rustic

Disliked: The bathroom had a problem with the washbasin, booked room was changed to another one, my car in the hotel's parking was blocked by a bus, I waited about 30 minutes to solve this problem and I was late for a business meeting

A comfortable big hotel

Liked: A comfortable big hotel well situated just 5 minutes walk from the old town. Excellent front desk/reception. Decent sized room. Very good breakfast.
Disliked: Everything was fine - above expectations
