Liked: Staff were brilliant, Approachable and very friendly and helpful. Room wasn’t too bad great, very clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic.
Disliked: The air conditioner was a pain. The first night it was on all night. Reported it to the staff and it was fixed the next day.

Disliked: Staff were slow and not helpful. The website was down so we couldn't see the menu for their restaurant, we called and they said they would bring one up to us, and hour and a half later it arrived. They advertise that they have a sauna, well there are cracks/gaps in the door meaning that it doesn't heat up at all and feels run down and disgusting. Safe to say I'm not staying there again

Disliked: The $50 parking fee for an overnight stay. The room was clean but there were small details I noticed, like no bin bags, bed wasn’t made very well. No milk.

Liked: Lovely hotel in central location, room clean and had everything . Staff very friendly and came out with colouring packs when my toddler daughter was sad in lobby!
Disliked: Pool was a bit cold.
