Disliked: Toilet seat wast on properly. Taps were not working the best. Cold you would turn off and if you pushed it back further it stayed on. Breakfast wasn’t like last time. Who serves broccoli and rice for breakfast Paying $50 for parking at tyres place we are staying is ridiculous. We should be free or small charge not $50

Great hotel for a short...

Liked: The hotel was in an excellent location and modern. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice.
Disliked: The pillows weren't very comfortable

Ok for price. Staff need...

Liked: Location was fantastic and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: Front of house staff are not interested with greeting or reassuring you when you arrive, they are all extremally rude. I am pregnant with multiple bags and no one seemed to appear interested with assisting. There is limited waiting space if your room is not ready. The shower smelt like urine and was very dirty.

Great quick city trip stay

Liked: The room was a great size, clean and had an interesting view. The location was so good being beside the central train station and a walk distance to the restaurants and bar by the water.
Disliked: I really needed a good fitness centre and the gym and pool advertised were misleading. It was not a good gym and the pool is very small.
