I rate this hotel 4...

Liked: The location is very handy close to the central station, shops, short walking distance to China town. The room is clean and tidy decent size for a family of 3. It would be better if slippers and saucer can be provided. The buffet breakfast has good choices of hot food, fruits, cereals and bread, thou coffee is too bitter to my taste. I will be booking this hotel for my next visit in Sydney.
Disliked: The coffee is too bitter, please provide slippers and saucer in the bedroom.

Comfortable hotel in a convenient...

Liked: Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and towels nice and fluffy. The location is excellent for access to Chinatown, Surry Hills and the CBD.
Disliked: The hotel felt very cramped and the hallways are a bit dim and drab. There were long queues at check in time.
