Liked: the room is quite sizeable and the location is fantastic
Disliked: It would've been nice to have some body lotion in the bathroom, and some coffee pods rather than instant

Great location. Thats about it.

Liked: Location is terrific. Buffet breakfast had good variety. Very clean. Fast service.Checking staff were lovely.
Disliked: Desk chair was held together with gaffa tape. Aircon was so loud it woke me up multiple times. Tv didn't work.Whole hotel feels worn out and unloved.

Disliked: Did not honour the 20% off food and drink that we paid for in the package. Charged parking and breakfast on card without showing us the bill first. Had to ask for a receipt which was emailed so couldn’t check at the time and have still not heard back from the hotel when following up not honoring this.

Liked: Breakfast is the best. The room was very nice. We were on level 14 and had a view looking up to Broadway. That may not sound spectacular, but at night with all the lights, It was special.We couldn't ask for a better room. Very bright and warm.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike. Everything was good, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Mercure.

Great location

Liked: We booked with breakfast included which was great. The location was fabulous, short walk to Darling Harbour and Central Station. My daughter (6 years old), enjoyed the indoor swimming pool.
Disliked: For a family of three, I found the room we were allocated a little small with no where convenient to keep our suitcase open. This wouldn't be a deal breaker though and we would be happy to stay here again.
