Good

Liked: The beds were extremely comfy.
Disliked: The rooms were quite average for the price of them.

Not much sleep for me

Liked: It was close to footy field
Disliked: Aircon made to much noise even when turned off. So not much sleep which made it a long weekend

Liked: Close to the Manly Leagues Club and 4 Pines Park, The parking was good being able to have a gate off my car
Disliked: The price was excessive
