Very ordinary food.

Disliked: Breakfast was average. Cereal was stale and juice was old and bottled.

Very basic room in desperate...

Liked: The staff were fabulous and entry area was nice and modern. Coffee for purchase onsite from 5.30am was a nice bonus. Location to Brookvale Oval was about the best thing going for it.
Disliked: The room and amenities were very, very basic, depressing and in need of an update. Particularly the bathroom which was very old. Carpet and couch dirty. Tv was modern and unless you are happy to follow instructions to chromecast there were no channels apart from free to air. I booked a superior queen but have no idea what was superior about it. Extremely overpriced for the standard of room. I guess being this close to Brookvale Oval they probably rely on interstate rugby crowd to book it out regularly without needing to do any sort of update.
