Convenient, staff are great but...

Liked: Good location for the Stadium.
Disliked: It’s very expensive but Zürich is also very expensive

Overall, it was a pretty...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent in terms of quality and taste. However, having the same menu every day made it a bit monotonous. A bit more variety would really enhance the overall experience.
Disliked: One thing I didn’t like: the room had two separate beds instead of a single queen bed. It would be better if guests could choose a proper queen bed for more comfort

Liked: Great hotel, comfy and close to restaurants and supermarkets. Staff very kind and you get complimentry coffee and tea.
Disliked: Nothing.
