Exceptional

Liked: The room was big and comfortable. Very clean. Staff was helpful and hospitable, especially the staff at the hotel restaurant. Good parking spots
Disliked: It was 35-40 minutes walk to the city center but there is a tram station right outside. In order to get to the lifts you need to go up some stairs which is not very convenient when you are carrying heavy luggage. Staff helpful though to carry them

Liked: Location is 15 mins away from centre by tram. Easily accessible by public transport
Disliked: Staff are not so accommodating. My partner inquired about a dish in the restaurant for my kid which was not what we wanted to eat. Without we confirming the order the dish was prepared and charged to our room. Understand there was some confusion but for a confusion guests should not be charged since it was not as per expectation and not delivered and consumed.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Fizzy drinks and water in the fridge free to use and refill every day. Coffee machine in the room.

Disliked: Staff indifferent whether you are a customer or not.The very limited parking spots they have (only 8), were full although I had requested to reserve a space and they had confirmed they will do so
