Liked: The location was great. Majority of staff were helpful. Food (breakfast and evening) was good. Stayed in the suite which was brilliant for our toddler.
Disliked: One receptionist in particular could of been a bit more informative or approachable. She was happy to point me in the right direction but didn't go out of her way to help.A HUGE disappointment and inconvenience was when we went swimming, the changing facilities with a baby was was non existent and the private cubicle was too small for baby and so I had to put a towel on a worktop where hairdryers and plugs were in full view of other guests. I did eventually get told there was a changing mat in the accessible toilet which was out of reach and I'd of had to put it on the floor which was not clean.

Over all Great except Key...

Liked: I had to take early breakfast , so missed the total flavor of dishes .
Disliked: Key was not working properly , had to come to reception many times to fix . It was very bad experience out of all above good part .
