Disappointing

Disliked: The garden view was of a hedge. The room was dirty. I was unable to use the swimming pool as the staff refused to allow me entry unless my baby (who was only a few weeks old and was asleep in her pram) went in the water with me

Disliked: The whole place has a tired appearance and the staff are complacent and disinterested. Furniture and facilities badly in need of update and refurbished

Disliked: It was a shame that Covid restrictions meant the room wasn't cleaned every day, though I appreciate it couldn't be helped and staff were there to help.

Fabulous

Liked: Hotel was clean and in close proximity to town centre. A 7 minute drive into down. Parking was available and free which was really useful. Staff were very helpful and friendly and we were given a room upgrade free of charge - I presume because of the current circumstances they have many rooms available so that was very nice of them and we really enjoyed our room. We also loved the pool and gym facilities. Great value for money and would definitely return and recommend.
Disliked: The room was cold and we werent pre warned so we woke up freezing and then had to use the air-con to get some hot air in the room.
