Let you down don't book

Liked: Room cancelled again fir 2nd time sent to novotel will not use or recommend again walked past and appears so run down ? Closed such a shame

won’t use mercury again due...

Liked: changed to another hotel for an exclusive client, looked like it was full of immigrants?
Disliked: don’t know moved to another hotel

Got transferred but good stay...

Liked: We didn't actually stay in this hotel we was transferred to the Jurys Inn which was nice.
Disliked: More notice on the transfer would of been better.
