Very relaxing.

Liked: Close to town if you want access to more options but the hotel is a bit of an oasis …. Lovely gardens to spend time in, a pool, restaurant and bar on site

Disliked: Very poor room. Small, bathroom very poor, repairs had been made, but no redecoration of those repairs, plastic toilet seat that didn’t match the toilet suite. Wardrobe doors hanging off & dangerous- reported to staff, but not fixed.

wonderful hotel surroundings to walk...

Liked: Check in very efficient, helpful, answered my questions clearly and concisely.
Disliked: Bar food attempted to be varied but of the 2 dishes I had, one was dry and sparse, the other was too much. Chips were overwhelming to make up for the few dry prawns and squid rings.

Disliked: Lack of gluten free choices on the breakfast menu. It's not difficult to replace wheat filled sausages with GF varieties as they are widely available and usually of better quality. Have at least one choice of GF cereals at breakfast. Neither of these would add anything to your overheads but would satisfy more clients.
