Liked: Great location, had previously stayed before and enjoyed my stay so had booked again but didn’t enjoy this experience as much.
Disliked: Bar staff were extremely rude to me, had to run inside due to rain and had been to a food festival and was told we couldn’t eat our food inside and asked to leave. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Room wasn’t as clean as other rooms I’d stayed in.

Liked: Hotel’s location was excellent. It is literally located in the city centre. Staff members were very friendly and kind. Room was very spacious and clean.
Disliked: Only thing that I have to say is the hotel needs to be renovated as soon as possible. Carpet in the room was very old. Mattress of the bed was not very comfortable and I felt like sleeping on a cheap old mattress. Door lock in the room was quite an old lock mechanism.

Liked: Some of the staff were amazing, the location is great in the centre of everywhere.
Disliked: Some of the cleaning staff was kinda rude, the room was poorly kept i.e damage around the room the bed was very uncomfortable.

Liked: Great location, friendly staff and good breakfast and leisure facilities
Disliked: Some fixtures and fittings broken- could be better in that regard
