Would recommend this hotel for all matters Sheffield: FlyDSA Arena, Meadowhall, Football etc.

Liked: Had everything we needed. Good advice from staff. Excellent location for the things that we planned to do.
Disliked: Nothing too much for the staff to help.

Staff all very friendly and helpful; room very clean and comfortable; very good breakfast; would stay again!

Liked: Complimentary drink in the bar while we waited.
Disliked: Room not ready on arrival, although it was only a 15 minute wait.

Amazing stay would do again

Liked: The staff were amazing as well as the room. It is a little tucked away from the city centre but wasn’t an issue for myself and my partner. Breakfast was also a solid 10/10 and good value for money

Liked: The hotel facilities were ideal, i chose a privilege room (well worth the extra) which was spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Bathroom facilities were good ... excellent soaking tub!!! and importantly spotless. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. There was a problem with the wifi strength which o needed for a video conference. The reception team sorted it by offering me the use of a conference room. Cannot praise the staff enough. Although i was visiting fir a funeral, i enjoyed the hotel facilities which made it feel like a weekend break!
Disliked: If i had any complaint, it was the wifi strength in the room, whi h was sufficient for browsing but little else... see below for the assistance i received
