Clean and comfortable.

Liked: Clean, light and airy. Staff all incredibly friendly and helpful. A pool table in the bar area was a great additional feature that kept teenagers occupied.
Disliked: Not that great at answering the telephone during the day. Understaffed and therefore slow at peak lunch and dinner times.

Disappointing

Disliked: Very dated. In desperate need of refurbishment and some TLC. The staff on reception were not particularly attentive when we arrived and the hotel generally is in need of a deep clean.

Nice room nice staff, breakfast...

Liked: Room was fine, vey spacious beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and good shower.
Disliked: Breakfast was very poor. Very few staff on site and poor quality produce, we were glad that we had only booked for one morning.

Disliked: Breakfast, rubbish. swimming pool. No lift and not clean. The hotel needs looking over the phone in the room didn't work
