Mercure Salisbury White Hart Hotel

Brilliant location; really nice hotel; friendly staff on reception and accommodating night porter who willingly served myself and my partner drinks on coming back to the hotel late.

Disliked: Only one gripe, the lampshade in our room was particularly dirty and should be removed. Looks OK when lamp off, though when on, fillthy.

An all too short stay...

Liked: The parking was for a 24 hour period, so having arrived at about 4.30, we were able to explore Salisbury until that time the next day, when we had to return home for a tradesman. Staff were very helpful about this.

Lovely three day break in...

Liked: Firstly I want to say how June a member of staff at the hotel was so conscientious while we were having breakfast each morningShe was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble keeping everything running so smoothly.Hopefully the management will see what a great asset she is to the Hotel.The gentleman that was also on the reception desk again was very polite and we were greeted with a smile something that isn't always the case when staying in the u.k hotels.Overall I would certainly recommend a stay in this hotel.

Location and breakfast great.

Liked: Location very good. Bar and communal areas good and breakfast excellent.
Disliked: Furniture in room in need of updating. Shower had very low water pressure so difficult to use.
