Comfortable and well situated

Liked: The property was clean, spacious and very comfortable, as always the Mercure hotel didn’t miss a trick. The choice of breakfast was brilliant, and the staff were helpful friendly and attentive. I would stay there again anytime.
Disliked: Parking is a bit tight but very secure and chargeable but didn’t cost the earth.

Overnight stop in Rouen.

Liked: Close to main route through Rouen. Bar staff nice.
Disliked: We stayed on a sunday. Rouen appeared closed. Nowhere ro eat in down so broke out the emergency pot noodle. Car park very difficult. I appreciate nothing can be done and I'm thankful I can drive well.

Very good hotel with a...

Liked: NIce room and a good breakfast.Location was an easy walk from the town centre.It was nice to be able to park in the underground garage.

A great little hotel conveniently...

Liked: This a small hotel compared with other Mercure hotels we have stayed and this was reflected in the room size. The room was, however perfectly adequate. We would certainly use the hotel again. The hotel is very conveniently located to explore the town on foot.
Disliked: Everything was fine.
