Very good

Liked: Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Good location.
Disliked: Room very small. Undergoing major refurbishment works making all common spaces dusty, Only one elevator operational and all workers all day moving up and down with it.

Nice hotel

Liked: Just off the motorway, and close to the town centre. Dog friendly
Disliked: Dinner menu was a bit basic

Comfortable stay

Liked: We booked a privilege room. It was a large room with a comfortable seating area and a very comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom. The restaurant was very good with a decent choice of food. The hotel is dog friendly.Underground parking was very convenient.
Disliked: The door to the bathroom was VERY squeaky. It would be impossible not to disturb anyone sleeping if you needed to use the bathroom during the night.It would be good to have water in the fridge as well as other soft drinks.

Disliked: It was a little far from the Rouen Rive Droite train station and we had to get a taxi which was about 15 Euros
