Disliked: Noone answered the phone at reception No robes in our room as promised . Phone in room did not have prompts to room service nor reception No body wash (empty)in shower and bathHad a comment stating it was our husbands and I 18th anniversary,recetion didnot acknowledge . We got to room and had a bottle of wine and a card stating "happy birthday" .Place is comfortable and quiet but looking aged our room had dints and a hole near bed rusted handles on the bath . For what you pay this needs to be looked at.and has some renovations attended. Breakfast was busy and only one girl working she was doing a good job .Breakfast quite nice

Liked: Breakfast was excellent - high quality and exactly the sort of breakfast options you'd expect. Loved the bodywash, body lotion and shampoo options in the bathroom.
Disliked: There were cobwebs and a spider in the bathroom. There was no tissue box left out (I had to look in the cupboards). The internet access was poor. The cool-white LED lighting in the room was cold and clinical - consider switching to warm-white globes.
