Liked: Very helpful night receptionist
Disliked: Hotel was booked as half board but no restaurant open at night. Bar closed at 23.00pm.Minibar in room didnt work. Dirty carpet in room. Dangerous damaged carpet in the lift

Not great for pets but...

Liked: Great location for the trip back from Spain.
Disliked: Dogs not allowed in the restaurant, despite being told they would be last time we stayed. Went over the road to the Ibis who are the same group and my dog was allowed in no problem despite us not staying there.

Good place to stop on...

Liked: Nice, spacious room, car parking available, dog friendly (although with a charge per dog). Quiet room, despite being next to the lifts.
Disliked: Room service not available, despite being advertised.
