Wouldn't return. Not good value for money.

Liked: It was clean and friendly.
Disliked: Over priced drinks. Cold rooms and very basic. Decor in rooms.

Excellent hotel in the centre...

Liked: The location is superb for easy walking access into the centre of Perth. The reception staff were very helpful. The room had an extremely comfortable large bed.

The hotel has character and...

Liked: Staff, Caron at reception and Maria at dinner and Breakfast were exceptional. They were both friendly and efficient.
Disliked: The room was hot though we did get a small fan from reception. The room is old and tied

Disappointing

Liked: Nice old building handy for city centre. Good breakfast selection.
Disliked: Was way too hot. Window hardly opened at all. No means of cooling the room.Bathroom was in need of an update. Grout on tiles was filthy. Only one socket beside bed. Bedside lamps too low - kept hitting my head on them and could not sit up in bed
