Easy stay near the centre...

Liked: Good location and service. We walked up the road to the old town for meals, including breakfast.

An unsatisfactory Mercure that rests...

Liked: location is central, reception staff very friendly
Disliked: superior room very small. Hole in toilet ceiling, bit of an unkempt feel of a hotel that gets customers due to its location? Breakfast poor & staff there unfriendly. Car park was closed(no advance notice given) so we had to use commercial offer across the street, no discount offered.

Liked: Our stay was made exceptional because of Vanessa, Marine, Pauline, Yuliana, Ségolène. They were all very hospitable, caring, attentive and welcoming. They made our stay very pleasant! They are a true asset to your hotel!

Liked: Staff were great! Location is good.
Disliked: Room was far too hot at night - no way to control the air conditioning. Room next to the lift - from 6.30am onwards you would hear it going up and down as it’s the only lift. Lack of parking spaces - and they charge 10€ per day.

Short 3 days in Perigeaux

Liked: Room size was good. Proximity to the old city and Roman ruins.
Disliked: Immediate surrounds not so good.
