Liked: We liked everything about it. Cafe open 24/7.Convenient entry to panthers. Friendly team at reception. Nice breakfast at Kelly’s

Disliked: People banging doors early very disruptive to sleep. Should be soundproof.

Not as restful as hoped.

Liked: Close to facilities and shopping precinct, easy and accessible parking
Disliked: We were placed on the ground floor just past the reception/check-in, it was extremely noisey with foot traffic up and down past door and corridor and extremely hard to sleep with the amount of noise. Bathroom shower needed a good clean to as tiles were slimy and had mould build up in corners. Unfortunately wasn’t a restful stay on this occasion.

Liked: Easy access to Penrith Panthers Club and other shopping and food venues and fun activities near by
Disliked: My Husband is in a wheelchair, and if he was on his own he would have struggled in the bathroom in saying that i am 4ft11 and I struggled to reach the shower head that was right at the top of the pole so I had to stand on a chair to pull it down the hooks for the towels are to high for someone in a wheelchair and the shelf/towel rail the same thing, and the only other thing their is no were for them to put their toiletries bag and the last thing having a garbage bag in the room as some people need to use toilet aids like catheter and can place them in a bin with a bag that is more hygienic and safer for cleaning staff . Please don't take these comments as complaints they are only suggestions or things to think about people with disabilities just want to be treated the same with a few considerations.
