Lively hotel close to vibrant...

Liked: Close to the foot of the Blue mountains and an easy distance to Eastern Creek / Sydney Motorsport ParkStaff on the check in desk when we arrived were very friendly
Disliked: Rooms were advertised as soundproof. This is absolutely not the case. Good Friday, Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday the nightclub next door was playing music. Good Friday was the worst, could hear the music and people singing along from 9.30pm until 2am. Not a family friendly experience.By Saturday and Sunday we were too exhausted to notice the music as much, and the volume was lower (maybe they received lots of feedback after Friday - there was a line at reception on Saturday morning of people requesting quieter rooms but they were being told the hotel was fully booked and they didn't have any available)The family rooms should be located in a quieter part of the hotel, even if they're booked less frequently. This is a design flaw. After doing some more digging there are lots of other reviews mentioning the music noise, but they didn't come up when I first booked the hotel which is disappointingThere was no one at the checkout desk to request a feedback form from when I checked out.
