Good hotel but not close...

Liked: The Hotel itself is fair, location not to move around Paris, maybe it's good if you are participating in a event.
Disliked: The Hotel.

Bad ending

Disliked: Attitude of the reception needs to be improved, very impatient and rude, also need further training for system operation especially invoicing, waited for it almost 1 hour to get it with right information. Makes the whole day in bad mood, and initial plan changed because of it.

Liked: It was a very nice stay during a trade fair. Very nice stuff on the reception and at the restaurant.

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially the lovely lady who checked us in, sorry I didn’t get her name. And the gentleman I spoke to on the phone after we checked out and realised we left stuff inside the room he was so helpful and kind, thank you so much!
Disliked: Lift was not working on day of check out no notices to say not operating .

Good place to stay

Liked: Staff was very good . Manager was very good and helpful. He bought us extra cover on request as there were no triple bed room’s available as we had mistakenly booked double bed room . He came and fixed the bathroom himself as water was blocked in the shower .

Liked: 10mins walk from Metro station in nice area, with supermarket and lots of bakeries and restaurants around. 30mins to most attractions in town. Very clean room with water(include sparkling water) dispenser on each floor. Staff are very nice and helpful. Very pleasant stay will definitely return.
Disliked: Room a bit small for family of 4.
