Pleasant and convenient with hospitable...

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. We got a chance to early check in after a long flight and that is appreciated. The location is quite central and is worth it
Disliked: The room size and the floor layout felt very cramped and dungeon like. The slanting roof in our top floor room was very deceptive and I kept banging my head on it given there was very little space between that and my side of the bed to move around.

Liked: The location was ideal — a stone’s throw from Rue des Abbesses in Montmartre and near the shops; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms clean and bathrooms super comfortable. The small treats left in the room also made for a nice treat. We also had a room with a view of the Sacre Coeur, which made for lovely mornings and evenings. Easily the hotel we enjoyed best in our trip.
Disliked: Only minor things like not having room amenities topped up automatically (e.g. coffee capsules, complementary water); the room also only had one robe and pair of slippers when we first arrived, but all of these are easily resolved for by calling reception.

Perfect hotel for short stay...

Liked: Excellent location, seconds from the metro. Very quiet at night even with the busy street. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Had the privilege room with balcony, stunning views of the Sacre Coeur. Hotel was spotless, couldn’t fault it.

Liked: Close to the metro station so was easy to get around Paris. Lots of nice restaurants nearby, down side streets. Room was clean and staff were extremely friendly. Refillable water bottle in the room, filtered water station was located near the reception and you could use this at anytime.
Disliked: Rooms are very small. On the Saturday night it was really noisy, the other nights were fine though.

Perfect for 3 days in...

Liked: Great stay, our room had a nice view on Montmartre and we slep fantastic even if it is in a lively area. There is a filtered water point to refill your water bottle and the fridge in the room cools it down quickly. The metro is literally 50 m away which is perfect for visiting and only 3 stops from Gare du Nord. Plenty of nice bakeries and gift shops in the area too.
Disliked: Our Maestro debit card could not be used for the deposit (despite being accepted for paying the city tax) so we used cash instead - just come prepared if you do not have another type of card ;)

Paris Visit

Liked: Location was good for Metro and Monemarte
Disliked: One of my booking found human excretment in their bed when they arrived. The matter was resolved but nevertheless it was incredibly disappointing.
