Liked: Hotel location fit our purposes. I understand European A/C is different than the USA but it was warm in our room. The blow dryer did not work properly due to a broken part and the vanity lights in bathroom did not work.

Not value for money.

Liked: Great comfortable rooms.
Disliked: The first two star that greeted us were rude and favoured other guests. Didn’t smile, didn’t ask to help. Third staff member (tall guy) was everything customer service should be. Friendly, helped, solved our problem. But I’ve been trying to contact the hotel about a lost item but have heard nothing!!!

Liked: Excellent location a few steps from the Moulin Rouge, but very quiet at the same time.The girls at the check in desks were friendly and professional.
Disliked: The rooms could use some overall maintenance, the bathroom sink did not drain properly and the wallpaper had some water damage in the bathroom. I would stay away from the hotel breakfast, very pricey for very unattractive buffet food. There are cafes near the hotel with much better and cheaper food.

Disliked: There was a strike by the hotel staff and we were told to vacate .It was utter madness ! The hotel guests had to leave because the staffers had begun a protest inside the hotel .After a lot of screaming and shouting they got us another room at another hotel .Even there we had to hustle to get a room
