Disliked: Given the incorrect time for breakfast ending. Toilet really small!

Disliked: Hotel wasn't able to issue invoice during check out. Despite severa reminders the invoice is still not delivered.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Provided early check in with no problem

Pleasant

Disliked: Because of incompetence of staff/their miscommunication we were asked to make three separate payments (rooms, tourist tax and breakfast) which was unnecessary and inconvenient when we could have done it in one. We were not allowed to have breakfast until payment was taken which we were told is hotel policy but that is completely unheard of in the world of hospitality. Having arrived we had to go back to our room to fetch our wallet which was a nuisance.

Passable

Liked: Location was nearby to Moulin Rouge and the Montmartre area. Beds were comfy. Fine if you just need somewhere to sleep but rooms are tired and old.
Disliked: Pillows aren’t great. Housekeeping was never available and we often didn’t have enough towels and had to constantly go and get our own as housekeeping was never available to bring any. Not ideal when having to leave a sleeping child alone.

Liked: Great location. Staff very helpful and rooms clean.

Bad

Disliked: I arranged a late check in, in advance, as my flight was landing late so was always going to arrive just after midnight. When I arrived they had cancelled my room and given it away to someone else. They were fully booked so I had no-where to stay and had to call round alternative hotels in Paris late at night to find somewhere else to sleep. Terrible way to treat guests

Exceptional

Liked: Best location for tourists visiting Moulin Rouge. We had night show and it was 200 m from it. Good parking hall almost near the hotel. Soundproof windows and we had view to Montmartre. Loved to have breakfast outside on terrace at morning.
Disliked: Price.

Stones throw from Monmartre.

Liked: It was our forth stay at the Mercure Montmartre. We love the hotel and location.
